
As a retired manufacturing executive, I tend to look at professional providers as Dr. Thousand through a tough and exacting lens. Examples in my world include, but, not limited to safety and quality ending with an unquestioned commitment to customer (patient) satisfaction in this instance. The experience with Dr. Thousand and his team exceeded all three and so much more. Further and as a first time, new patient, I had no illusions aside from gaining the time and care of an experienced team following a recommendation from my long time dental care provider. I was, frankly, surprised to see Dr. Thousand moments before my treatment was to begin, pull up a stool next to me, looked straight into my eyes and said, 'tell me about yourself' before we start. I expected a positive outcome, but, was not prepared for that question. Delighted and impressed to be approached in that way, I introduced myself and my background along with my views on the people or employees that made me successful. I could have talked much more about my views and opinions, but, out of respect for his time, was ready to move on which would include three implants. In the end following several, phased appointments, I'm pleased to report this was by far, not only necessary, but, a post experience that included nothing more than a mild case of discomfort and no measurable pain during the treatment or after. Not even a '1' on a '10' point scale. Not to mention a person to person follow up call initiated by Dr. Thousand each of the evenings following my appointments. Not necessary or expected, but, very much appreciated. An impressive all around experience, and when fully completed, I expect nothing short of total 'customer-patient' satisfaction! My compliments to the entire team from those in administration to those that work alongside Dr. Thousand.
